November 10, 2021 - Hearing to decide if I’m guilty of contempt and sanctions as well as attorney fees

Most recently we’ll be at the courthouse virtually at 9am Mountain Time to answer to the Judge the accusation that we’ve not complied with the previous Judge’s ruling to product documents.  During this hearing we will be showing copies of emails sent to the law firms as well as an attempt to work directly with Hallstrom Law Firm but although we met over the phone it was simply a check off a box for Kyle.  If he didn’t take the meeting it wouldn’t look good in the Judge’s eyes.  During the previous call he had no interest in mediating or doing any give and take and demanded we go to the Judge. I also sent him an email confirming that he had no intention of mediating. 

November 3, 2021 - Hired a new firm to represent me

So here we go again, you can’t represent your own business in a court case like this and must have an attorney.  The business found counsel and is handling these things separately now.  I’ve also found counsel so now we have THREE attorneys working on this case that was resolved many years ago.  More money pouring into the legal system in THEIR favor.
